Triple Vagal Method™
Your body remembers what your mind has learned to move past.
A bottom-up somatic approach to trauma transformation and
Nervous System Regulation.
There are experiences you can understand intellectually and still carry in your body.
You may know that you are safe — yet your body stays on alert.
You may have processed the story — yet the reaction remains.
You may meditate, breathe, talk about it, understand it… and still feel that something inside you hasn't shifted.
This is where the body comes in.
Trauma isn't only a story.
It's also a nervous system response.
The Triple Vagal Method™ (TVM) is a bottom-up, somatic approach designed to work directly with the autonomic nervous system — helping the body move through patterns of protection that may have remained active long after the original experience has passed.
Developed through years of clinical practice, research and thousands of sessions, TVM works beyond words and intellectual understanding.
Because sometimes, you don't need to understand yourself more.
You need your body to experience something different.
What if your nervous system could learn another way?
When the nervous system has been exposed to overwhelming or repeated stress, it can become highly efficient at protecting us.
Hypervigilance
Shutdown
Tension
Disconnection
Anxiety
Difficulty resting
Difficulty feeling pleasure or connection
These responses are not weaknesses
They are adaptations
TVM works with the body to create the conditions for these protective patterns to soften, allowing the nervous system to develop greater flexibility, regulation and capacity.
The intention is not to force the body to relax.
It is to help the body discover that it no longer has to stay in survival mode.
A different way of working with trauma
Traditional approaches often begin with the mind:
Understand → talk → process → change.
TVM approaches the nervous system from the other direction:
Body → nervous system → regulation → integration.
Through specific somatic techniques, TVM works with the body's autonomic responses and the vagal system to support the completion and integration of responses that may have remained unresolved.
This can create more space for what becomes possible when the nervous system is no longer constantly occupied with protection:
Presence
Connection
Energy
Pleasure
Clarity
Choice
Your body remembers what your mind has leant to move pass

You don't have to relive your trauma to work with it.
One of the fundamental principles of TVM is that transformation does not necessarily require you to revisit the story repeatedly.
The body communicates through sensation, movement, activation, tension, and protective responses.
We work with that language.
This makes TVM a particularly interesting approach for people who feel that they have “done the work” intellectually, but whose body continues to react as if the danger is still there.
Because knowing you are safe and feeling safe are not always the same thing.
Beyond talking.
Beyond thinking.
Into the body.
TVM is designed to work beyond language and cognitive processing, making it adaptable across different ages and therapeutic contexts.
The work is deeply experiential.
You don't have to perform healing.
You don't have to force anything.
Your nervous system is given the conditions to do what it was designed to do: adapt, regulate and restore balance.
The goal isn't to become someone else.
It's to have access to more of yourself
More regulation
More resilience
More connection
More capacity to feel
More capacity to rest
More capacity to experience pleasure
More freedom to respond instead of react
Because healing isn't about becoming perfectly regulated all the time.
It's about having a nervous system flexible enough to move with life.
Triple Vagal Method™
A somatic approach to trauma transformation and nervous system regulation.
Your body doesn't need more pressure.
It needs a different experience.

For you, that have tried everything and want to find peace and confidence within yourself
How does this work?
This is where the work becomes yours.
The Triple Vagal Method™ is one of the foundations of the work I do with the nervous system.
But regulation is not only about the vagus nerve.
It is about understanding the different layers of your experience — your nervous system, your body, your emotions, your protective patterns, and the different parts of you that have learned to respond in certain ways.
Over the years, I have brought together TVM, somatic work, parts work and other body-based therapeutic tools to create a deeper, more comprehensive process for nervous system regulation.
That process is called REGULATE
A 12-week journey designed to help you understand your nervous system, reconnect with your body and develop a different relationship with the patterns that have been shaping your life.
We don't just work on what happened to you.
We work with what is happening inside you now.
You will learn to recognise your nervous system's signals, work with protective parts rather than fighting them, develop greater capacity for regulation, and create new experiences of safety from within the body.
Because the goal isn't to spend your life managing your nervous system.
The goal is to build enough internal safety and flexibility that you can actually live your life.
